Amanda Jenness, Property Tax Administrator with Cantrell McCulloch Inc., has over twenty years of experience in multiple facets of the commercial real estate industry. Beginning her career at Credit Suisse, Amanda learned first hand the importance of attention to detail while maintaining meticulous care of a variety of financial and personal documentation for her clients. She then transitioned to JP Morgan Chase Bank, where she furthered her extensive knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage and lending. Amanda’s tenacity landed her a lucrative auditing role in a leading precious metal’s company, affording her the opportunity to further her experience working hand in hand with leadership to ensure accurate and precise inventory and accompanying accounting.

Amanda’s comprehensive background laid the groundwork for a seamless transition to the property tax consulting industry, as she has proven herself to be a critical member of our administrative team, working hand in hand with our consultants, assisting them throughout the review board process.
