C. J. Arnold

C.J. has over 20 years of experience representing commercial real estate owners on a national and local basis in ad valorem property tax matters. Prior to joining Cantrell McCulloch, Inc., C.J. began his career as a property tax consultant at a Dallas-based firm and later joined the property tax division of a Big 4 accounting firm where he gained significant experience in both commercial and business personal property valuations. He has successfully represented a wide array of property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office and hospitality properties.

C. J. was born in Dallas, Texas and is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He is licensed in the State of Texas as a Senior Property Tax Consultant.
