Laurence J. Kosowsky, MAI

Laurence J. Kosowsky has been actively involved in the commercial real estate consulting, valuation, and brokerage since 1983.  Having received  a Master’s of Business Administration from Indiana University- Bloomington, and an economics degree from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.  In 1988 Laurence received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Laurence joined Cantrell McCulloch, Inc. in 2009 as a property tax consultant, bringing his years of appraisal and brokerage experience in assisting clients in the assessment valuations.  Prior to joining CMI, Laurence was a principal and co-founder of Kosowsky Blatt & Associates, a Dallas, Texas based real estate valuation and consulting firm.
