Paige Pollack was born and educated in the DFW Metroplex. A graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Business Management.
Paige began her career as a property tax administrator with Dallas based National Tax Resource Group (NTRG), where she managed and maintained a multi-client property tax database and engaged in a broad range of ad valorem tax issues for clients throughout the US. Three years later Paige accepted a position in Houston as a property tax manager for the purpose of increasing the company’s presence in the Greater Houston metro area.
During her four-year tenure, Paige engaged in the equitable administration of ad valorem taxes for clients throughout multiple states, with a focus on Harris, Galveston, and Fort Bend Counties. Paige has successfully represented clients in a wide range of property types including multi-family, hospitality, retail, office, warehouse, and undeveloped land.
Since joining CMI in 2012, Paige continues to cultivate business relationships in the Greater Houston metro area by assisting CMI with the expansion of their Houston office, as well as working in all major Texas metro markets. Paige has become the account manager for multiple national portfolios including, but not limited to, their point of contact for all budgeting and pre-acquisition analysis, and overall tax matter needs.
