    Robert A. McCulloch, a founding partner and shareholder in the firm of Cantrell McCulloch, Inc., was born in Dallas, Texas, 1960.  Bobby began his career as a fee appraiser with the Dallas-based real estate valuation and consulting firm of Crosson Dannis, Inc. and Farwell & Associates, Inc., where he performed appraisal assignments on a wide variety of commercial and industrial properties throughout Texas, California and New England. 

    After seven years in the fee appraisal profession, Bobby served as Vice President of Straus & Company, a full-service property tax consulting firm located in Dallas, Texas.  There he engaged in the equitable administration of ad valorem taxes for clients throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona and California. 

    Since our inception in 2001, Bobby has negotiated value reductions in excess of $6.5 billion dollars on behalf of property owners, resulting in cumulative tax savings of nearly $153 million dollars.  As Chief Operating Officer, his responsibilities include all aspects of day-to-day management, marketing, business development, appraisal research and analysis, negotiation and settlement with appraisal districts, expert testimony before appeal boards and litigation support. 

    Bobby holds a CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Senior Property Tax Consultant and General Real Estate Appraiser.
